Add a customer / property

Tap Customers in the menu, then tap + New Customer in the top right.

Enter the customer name, phone, and email. The address field auto-completes from Google Maps — start typing and tap the suggestion.

Tap Add Customer. You'll land on the property detail page — this is where all job history and property info will live.

Log a completed job (AI-assisted)

Tap Log New Job in the menu (the blue button). Make sure AI-Assisted is selected.

Tap the mic button to speak, or type in the text box. Describe what you did in plain English — e.g.

Tap Fill in form →. The AI automatically fills in the job fields and a professional service note.

Review the fields, select the customer from the dropdown, add the amount charged, and tap Save Service Record.
💡 You can also use Manual mode if you prefer to fill in everything yourself — tap the Manual tab at the top of the Log Job screen.
Create & send an estimate

Tap Estimates in the menu → + New Quote in the top right.

Select the customer and property. Enter a title (e.g.
Loading…) and address. Florida sales tax auto-fills from the zip code.3
Add line items — enter descriptions, quantities, and prices. Tap ⚡ Quick Add to pull from your Price Book.

To offer Good / Better / Best pricing, use the tier tabs. Give each tier a name and its own line items and total.

Tap Save & Mark Sent →. Then tap Send to Customer to deliver by email or SMS. The customer gets a portal link — no login needed.
💡 When a customer opens the estimate, you'll see a 👁 "Viewed" badge appear. When they e-sign it, the status updates to Accepted automatically.
Create & send an invoice

From an accepted estimate: Open the estimate → tap Convert to Invoice →. All line items, totals, and customer info copy over automatically.

From scratch: Tap Invoices in the menu → + New. Fill in customer, items, and amount.

Tap Send to Customer. They get a portal link where they can view the invoice and pay.

When paid, open the invoice and tap Record Payment. Select the payment method (cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, etc.) and save.
💡 Overdue invoices appear in the Dashboard's Follow Up section — tap Send Reminder to send an automatic email nudge to the customer.
Schedule a job

Tap Schedule in the menu → + Book Job.

Select the customer, set the date, start time, and estimated duration. Choose the service type.

Tap Save Job. The customer receives an appointment confirmation by email automatically.

On the day of the job, tap the job card → 📍 I'm On My Way. Your Messages app opens with a pre-written text — tap Send to notify the customer.

When the job is done, tap ✓ Mark Complete to close it out.
💡 The Route Optimizer (⚡ button in Schedule) sequences all your day's stops for the shortest drive time using Google Maps.
Connect QuickBooks

Tap QuickBooks Sync in the menu (under Setup).

Tap Connect QuickBooks. You'll be redirected to Intuit to sign in and authorize the app. Takes about 30 seconds.

Once connected, open any invoice and tap the green QB button to push it to QuickBooks. Customer name, line items, and Florida sales tax all sync automatically.

Payments recorded in the app automatically push to QB and close the AR balance — no double entry.
Q
Also: pull your QB items into the Price Book
Go to Price Book → Sync from QuickBooks. Your QB service items appear in the ⚡ Quick Add panel when building estimates — no manual re-entry of item names or prices.
