MyFieldDesk has four apps, one for each trade: AirDesk for HVAC, FlowDesk for plumbing, VoltDesk for electrical and CleanDesk for pressure washing. They work the same way.

Getting started

Pick your trade on the home page and request access. We email your login, and every new account starts with a 30-day free trial with no card needed.

When you first sign in, a step-by-step setup walks you through your business details, your customers and your first estimate. You can go back and change any answer before you finish.

Add the app to your home screen

There is nothing to download from an app store. Open your app in your phone’s web browser and add it to your home screen, and it opens like any other app. See how on iPhone and Android.

Help inside the app

Tap More, then Help & Support. From there you can:

• search for a question or a setting,
• read common questions, grouped by topic,
• ask the built-in assistant, which answers in plain English,
• replay the getting-started tour,
• contact us or suggest a feature.

The questions and the assistant inside the app are kept up to date with every change, so they are the best place to look for how something works today.
