Yes. Pro includes three logins with roles. A tech sees the jobs assigned to them; the office sees and runs the whole schedule. Extra logins are $25 a month.
Every estimate and invoice has a link your customer opens without making an account. They can sign, see what they owe and pay by card.
Yes, any time, from Settings. A monthly plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for. A yearly plan ends at the end of the current month of your year, and the full months left are refunded to your card.
